The US Surfski Championships is the premier surfski race on the US mainland. Paddlers are invited to participate in demo days featuring premier sponsors Epic, Huki, Nelo, Ocean Paddlesports, and Stellar, and enjoy a pre-race meal on Friday. Saturday events include the all-downwind long course and short course single surfski races, and Sunday features a downwind course for the double surfski race.

Complimentary shuttle service will be available to the start site at Oyster Point Marina. Times and pick up locations to be announced. Seats are first come, first serve. Paddlers should select “bus ride” when you register for the race and indicate if your ski needs a ride. Friends and family are welcome to register for the shuttle. Please indicate the number of passengers when you register. |
Friday check in and dinner
Check in on Friday, receive your registration packet, and stay for an early dinner sponsored by Tierra Divina Winery, Stonestreet Winery, and Wavechaser. Racers, guests, and volunteers are welcome from 4:30 to 6:30 pm on Friday, August 2 at the Bair Island Aquatic Center (BIAC), home of Hui Wa’a Canoe and Kayak Club. driving directions to BIAC. |
